The Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration

I.R. Iran Customs Administration is a government organization under supervision of Ministry of economic affairs and finance which plays vital role as protector of the country's economic borders and coordinator at entry and exit gates of the country and is responsible for executing customs laws and regulations related to export, import, transit and collecting duties and customs taxes and presenting technical requirements and facilitating the trade in the country.

The Vice-Presidency for Science, Technology and Knowledge Based Economy Affairs

The Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs is one of the newest organizations established after the Islamic republic of Iran in the field of scientific development and progress. This institution was opened in 2006 by the approval of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution in order to support and strengthen the scientific and research activities of elites in the country.

Trade Promotion Organization

Iran Export Promotion Center was founded in 1967 and was renamed Trade Promotion Organization of Iran in 2004 after its merger with Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce and the Goods Procurement Center (Bill No. 30765fT 31056 dated July 2004). In January 2004 the Council of Ministers assigned TPO as the main organization responsible for export of non-oil products and was set as the benchmark and reference for all organizations institutes and governmental departments acting in commerce, trade and services sectors.
